Choir Booster Board
Victoria Cope
President
Victoria Cope currently serves as the Beckman Choir Booster President. Her daughter, Bel, is currently a Junior at Beckman and this is her 2nd year in choir. Bel enjoys the challenges of singing in Madrigals and meeting new friends in the process. Her other daughter is a sixth grader at Orchard Hills.
She is looking forward to an amazing 2022-2023 school year. Concerts, choir nights out, musicals, and festivals are just some of the wonderful things she is excited for!
Victoria is a vocalist and is currently a music teacher and elementary music program coordinator for TUSD. She has been teaching in the Tustin Unified School District for over 20 years. She has had the privilege to conduct alongside Mrs. Stuck many times with the Pioneer Choir as well as with the TUSD Honor Choir. Along with music, her passions are musical theater, reading, traveling and cooking.
Maria Figueroa
Vice President
Maria is the proud mother of Kaylah, a senior in Bel Canto this year. This is Maria’s fifth year serving as Vice-President of the Beckman Vocal Arts Boosters. Previously, her daughter Ashley completed four years in the program singing in each of the three choirs, as well as the Beckman Musicals. Maria also had the opportunity to assist in Beckman’s productions of State Fair (2018), and Beauty and the Beast (2020), working behind the scenes, serving meals to the hardworking, and voraciously hungry students, and developing the online ticket sales for Beauty and the Beast.
Some of Maria’s most cherished memories as Vice-President include watching the many on and off campus student performances, seeing them laughing, overcoming their nervousness, and making lifelong memories through the vocal arts program.
Outside of her duties on the Beckman Vocal Arts Boosters, Maria works for the Tustin Unified School District, in the Special Education Program. She has been married to an indescribable husband for 21 years, and is mommy to three beautiful young ladies, two of which are college students, and a senior at Beckman High.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, and going for walks. Maria is honored to be part of this amazing program and to have the privilege of working alongside Mrs. Stuck, who is not only a remarkable director, and teacher, but also a warm and kind example of love for life, the arts, and people.
Colleen Bolton
Secretary
Colleen is excited to be joining the board this year. She graduated from Chapman University and resides with her family in Tustin. She works as a hairstylist and assists her husband in his real estate and mortgage company. Her family enjoys trips to their house in Lake Havasu where they enjoy boating, golfing, and spending time with friends. Her daughter, Jordan, loves music and singing, and has participated in choir for years. Colleen is looking forward to being a support for choir.
Esther Cho
Treasurer
Esther’s daughter is a Junior at Beckman High School this year and is a section leader in Bel Canto. This is Esther’s second year on the Beckman Vocal Arts Booster Board. She is looking forward to serving on the Board, supporting the program and being a cheerleader for her daughter and all of the other students! In high school, Esther was also very involved in her choir and spent a lot of time with her friends in the performance choir. The time spent with her choir friends were some of her best memories from high school. She also sang in the UCLA Chorale during college. Music and the arts have always been very near and dear to her heart and she’s thrilled that her children also have found a love of music. Outside of choir, Esther is an attorney who practices civil litigation and is the Chair of the Executive Committee of her law firm. Her law practice, her children’s activities and her two puppies keep her quite busy but she is looking forward to working with Mrs. Stuck and the rest of the Board.

She will be responsible for all fundraising, including Restaurant Nights and poinsettia sales, as well as assisting with the performance attire. Her son, Austin, is a Junior in Madrigals.
Laura is a stay-at-home mom and wife who enjoys singing. She also volunteers for the Beckman Basketball program where Austin's brother, Aidan, plays for Beckman's JV team. Go Patriots!
